By accessing and using the Spectops RTBH service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Spectops RTBH provides a Remotely Triggered Blackhole service that allows you to manage BGP sessions and blocklist sources for network protection. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for the accuracy of ASN information and BGP session configurations
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spectops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
